This phenomenon, known as "express sales," underscores the region's popularity among buyers, especially in Málaga, where fast sales held steady at 15%, mirroring last year’s rate.
The fact that 13% of properties on the Costa del Sol sell within a week reflects Málaga’s high demand. Idealista’s report shows that demand in Málaga remains robust enough to sustain this rate, despite market fluctuations seen in other Spanish cities. This consistent interest is likely due to Málaga’s attractive lifestyle, including beach proximity, rich culture, and a pleasant climate, making it a prime destination for both Spanish and international buyers.
While Málaga’s 15% in express sales is slightly below Madrid’s 18%, it remains higher than in cities like Seville and Bilbao.
